Korina Kominou is a social policy researcher with knowledge of EU labour law (Master of Law) and labour market policies (Master of Science). She joined the OSE in July 2022. Her research interests are focused on employment social policies, comparative employment relations and inequalities in the labour market. She has worked in the Greek public sector in national social policy organisations for several years as a policy and research officer. Korina has coordinated various projects with a range of stakeholders in the Greek public employment service (PES), the gender equality secretariat of the Greek Ministry of Labour and consulting companies. She has participated in EU research projects concerning labour market inequalities and early job insecurity, transnational digital networks and migration and gender. She is currently working on the ‘Working, Yet Poor’ (WORKYP) Horizon 2020 project as well as OSE-led research on the impact of digitalization on job quality and social dialogue in the public services (DIGIQU@LPUB).
