OSE Research paper on health and health care targets

Check out this OSE research paper (Summaries in NL and FR) that explores international experience in the setting of national health and health care targets, with a view to drawing conclusions relevant for Belgium in this area. The study was commissioned by the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (NIHDI) and authored by Jessica Martini (OSE) and Alban Davesne (OsloMet University).

To our colleague Ramón

It is with sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our colleague Ramón Peña-Casas. During his 26 years at the OSE, he devoted himself to issues relating to social indicators, job quality and in-work poverty. The quality of his work was recognised by his peers, as were his intellectual integrity and his personal qualities. Today, his passing leaves a silence, a void, in our work at the OSE, but also in those moments of sharing where his presence, his simplicity and his humour made all the difference. We will continue to keep his legacy alive. May he rest in peace.
