Matteo Mandelli is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics at Sciences Po in Paris. He holds a PhD in Political Studies from the University of Milan. Over the years, he collaborated with various international academic research project, as well as with the Green European Foundation, the European Trade Union Institute, and the European Anti-Poverty Network. He was a visiting scholar at Maynooth University and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is a co-founder and board member of the Sustainable Welfare and Eco-social Policy Network. His core research interest is the politics of eco-social policies for a just transition in Europe.
